So I've been trying to limit battery/background usage in apps by setting them to Sleep Mode or Deep Sleep mode.
However, when app is opened/used, it seems that it reverts back to default settings and I have to redo the process again. Basically, useless lng ung pagma manual set ko sa kanila to Sleep/Deep Sleep mode.
Is there a way to get these apps automatically go in sleep/deep sleep mode whenever I close them? I don't want them to run in the background after I exit these apps.

maybe i misunderstood the graphs under Battery section. nka set pa din nman sila to Sleep/Deep Sleep once you've added them there.
however, when you check the tab na usuage for last 7 days. may option pa din na Put to Sleep/Deep Sleep ung apps if you click them individually.
i just turned on yung sa Development Options na 'Don't keep activities' under Apps section.
