Is there issues with samsung A31 last few days multimedia pics are not sending

Can't send multimedia pics last 2days is there a issue???  Checked with my telecommunications company no issues on there side and my settings are fine

Hi @Elenitsa, thanks for reaching out. To send images over SMS, you need to have Mobile Data enabled in your Quick Panel settings. 

To do this:

Swipe down from top of the screen > Tap Mobile Data

Yes I no that lol 😆 I have data on. Sent last night took 5hrs and today it's not sending any all ! All my settings are fine was there a update that would have caused this problem with samsung?

Hi @Elenitsa, that's odd. 

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Are you in a holiday area/close to an airport with massive additional users accessing your cell tower and overloading it. Also, solution to everything, do a restart and clear app cache.
