This is important issue that is causing many problems.  I need to synch phone with accurate clock in USA as your default synch source has avg 1.5s delay.  This is causing unsynch of live games and app crashes.  Any measure against atomic clock shows Australia lags by 1.5s.  Samsung has no provision to set time synch source.  Please fix.

Hi @Acko, thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research team. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

This is not an error that occurs occasionally, it is a fairly constant error of 1.5s that Australian time synch differs from atomic clock. When playing live games with people in nth America & EU it causes loss of synch crashing apps. If Samsung would allow user to choose source of time sync on device this could be corrected for sensitive apps. Default is time sync with ISP or manual but its very difficult to manually timesync accurately. I can chose timesync source on my pc but not phone.
