I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Samsung Galaxy A11's mobile data. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check your mobile data settings: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and make sure that the Mobile data toggle is turned on. Also, ensure that the Access Point Names (APN) settings are correctly configured for your mobile network provider.
Restart your phone: Try restarting your phone to see if it resolves the issue. Sometimes a simple restart can clear up any software glitches that may be causing the problem.
Check for software updates: Make sure that your phone has the latest software updates installed. Software updates can include bug fixes and performance improvements that can help to resolve issues with mobile data connectivity.
Try resetting network settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will reset all network-related settings, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile data settings, back to their default values.
Contact your mobile network provider: If none of the above steps help, contact your mobile network provider to see if there are any network issues in your area or if there is an account issue that may be preventing you from accessing mobile data.
I hope one of these steps helps resolve the issue with your Samsung Galaxy A11's mobile data connectivity.
Hi again charrchar! I hope you are safe and sound.
Please do not haste and wait at least a few days for a MOD to answer your question. Maybe they can provide better options, if they cannot. Then you can choose the last option and before that check the issue with the help of Diagnose Center on Samsung Members. With this way, you can see whether actually there is a problem or not. If you have warranty still, I recommend you not forget to use it.
Have the best day :)
