Hello charrchar,

I've read and understood what your Samsung Galaxy A11 is experiencing now, and we are sorry to hear that. While at the same time reading the replies given by our dear Samsung members here, and I'm glad that they are all trying to give all the help they can share with you. But since you've tried everything but the issue persists, the remaining course of action you need to take is to go through the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area.

https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/service-center/

or book an appointment with the Samsung Members app as follows:

Support > Book an appointment to set one.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4. Restart your device.

Emergency calls only on Samsung Galaxy devices means that the phone is not connected to the home network and can only use other networks for emergency calls. This mode can be entered accidentally or for saving power. To turn it off, tap on the three-dot icon at the top and choose the option to disable Emergency Mode, or draw the status bar from the top and activate the flight mode for a few seconds and then deactivate it.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Networking/Wi-Fi".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
