My A02 is not charging! 😱

I tried rebooting, and cleaning my port/micro usb sockets. 

I cannot download the recent software update because my battery is bellow 20%! Grrrrr what kind of warning or safe features is THAT FROM SAMSUNG!

My A02 is a 1 year old phone. Used only for surfing the web. And having this kind of problem is really frustrating! 

I'm using my A32 4g while typing this thread and still working fast and the abused one.

Can you charge while powered off?

Already done that. It just showing the charging logo but not continuing.

Not totally stuck. It appears then a few second it disappear. And reappeared. And keeps repeating.

Can you try another charger, like your A32's charger? What charger are you using to charge the A02?

A02 is a micro usb and a32 is using type-c.

But i already used my other micro usb chargers and nothing works. Even using my powerbank. Nothing happened.

just take your device already to authorized Samsung Repair Service!

Any update? Bring it to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked.
