There are 2 legitimate ways to unlock a phone:
The first can be done via Samsung Find My Mobile. See attached picture.
The second is via Google Find My Device. With this method, you will lose all your data, but you'll have a usable phone.
There are ways to unlock via different softwares online but the success rate is not guaranteed. Worse they can even install malware on your device (especially if you use a 'free' tool').
