I bought a Samsung A11 in July 1021. The phone I'm using now. I've always had a Samsung.  But the A11 is the WORST one ever!!!! All I've had is nothing but problems with it .... The screen freezes, there are messages on my screen I can't get rid of for ages. Not Happy Jan 😒

Maybe some of the members can help you with your issues. Post them here and let's see if we can find resolution.

For freezing, here's some suggestions from samsung nz site https://www.samsung.com/nz/support/mobile-devices/my-phone-is-lagging-what-should-i-do/ .

For your other issues like persistent message on your screen, please post a screenshot so we can see the actual issue.

It seems like that specific message comes up when you are attempting to test the speaker. It may mean that there is another app using the speaker, which is why you can't test the sound via the members app.

Try going to your recent apps, and then click on close all. This will close all your current apps. Try to test the speakers after doing this.

No you are wrong! That is just one of many messages that get "stuck" on the screen. If I get a call/message and I have blocked it, it will say "you won't receive anymore calls/messages from this number ", just another example 😒

Hmmm can you try going to:

Settings->accessibility->advanced settings-> time to take action->select default.

Just adding to mbckl's suggestions, Google "Samsung A 11 frequent freezes" and '"Samsung phone frequent freezes". Quite a lot of suggestions listed.

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
