My Galaxy A23 4G can't fast charge even when the fast charging setting is on.

I've been using my phone since November 2022, used the same charger for many months, but when I used my charger to charge my dad's S10 and my sister's A12 4G, it's fast charging for them. I realized I had a software update 7 days ago but I didn't think it was the problem since the provlem started 4 days ago. Now my charging has been taking1hr and 50 mins (20% - 85%) can anybody tell me possible causes and solutions. COMPARE THE FIRST 2 IMSGES TO THE 3RD AND 4TH IMAGE.

**EDIT: My phone started fast charging, but all of the cables I use, only one side of the USB C is fast charging, help.**

Hi Raian1! Have you tried using a different charger? If you have and it's still not working well, you can go ahead and check your battery status right from your Samsung Members app!

Here's how: from your Samsung Members app, go to the Support tab > Phone diagnostics > Battery status. This should let you know if your battery is still doing okay or if you need to go ahead and have it checked further. 🔋 Hope this helps! 😊
