My phone getting hot while Video call

Hi guys. Do you guys have the same problem as me? When I do a video call my phone gets very hot. How to handle it? Btw my phone is A73 5g

I suffer from this problem too. My phone is Samsung S21 ultra. Sometimes the device temperature reaches +45C° , it ruined my screen too and I had to replace it.
