Galaxy AHi @Lusifer, based on what you've described, it sounds like your device's ring time is shorter. These settings are typically managed by your provider. I suggest reaching out to your provider's support channel to inquire about increasing the ring time.

Galaxy A..BUT I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PROVIDER. WITH THE LAST SAMSUNG UPDATE, IT SEEMS TO BE DOING THIS. I HAVE NO NEW APPS DOWNLOADED EITHER.
IT RINGS FOR 2 BELLS, THEN CUTS THE CALL FOR ANYONE CALLING ME. SOMETIMES IT IS NOT EVEN GIVING THE TWO BELLS - BUT RINGING BUT I CANNOT HEAR IT AND CUTTING THE CALL. FOR PAST FEW WEEKS NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO GET HOLD OF ME UNLESS I WAS LOOKING AT THE SCREEN AND SAW THE CALL AND ANSWERED CQUICKLY OR CALLED THEM BACK.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
