My phone won't update

I have bought my galaxy a13 4g in October 2022 and it was released march 2022 so it's relatively new and my friends s21 from 2021 has oneui 5 and my phone won't update to oneui5

apparently OneUi 5 has already released for the Samsung Galaxy A13 4G, did you buy yours from a telco or Samsung/JBhifi etc

I bought my phone from Amazon. It's a real phone because I bought it from Samsung's official page on Amazon. I've seen all over the internet that the SM-A135F has oneui5

other variants of the A13 have it like the A135B, but not the A135F.

yes, it will, as i said, other A13 devices have already received it. Samsung releases updates regionally. So an A13 from USA might have OneUI 5, but an A13 from India or Australia may not have it yet.

Don't update - issues with current updates for Samsung, widespread. My phone is currently being assessed but some have had it locked on the samsung power on screen and had to factory reset to fix the issue.
Do not update until they announce they have fixed the issue. Multiple updates since initial one to attempt to fix issues but only made it repeatedly worse.
