1) Download updates manually.

a ) On your device, navigate to and open Settings.

b) Swipe to and then tap Software update, or System updates. It will vary between models.

c) Tap Download and install, or Check for software updates. If an update is available, it will begin downloading, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices.

2) Make sure your device has enough space.

3) Check your phone after the update.

My samsung a21 has a screen problem the whole screen is pink

Did you manage to fix this problem? My Samsung A21s has now done this but it started with green lines now it has gone dark pink
