Not able to answer phone calls

Every time I get a phone call pressing the green button doesn't work. I end up having to call them back.

You need to swipe the green button not press. Swipe up and it will answer

Alternatively if you prefer pressing then you need to change that in the settings

Too add with their answers.. You can select which method you prefer in Call Settings.

It intermittently does NOT answer with swiping OR pressing especially when in another app at the time of the incoming call recently on our A22s and this has only been in the last couple of weeks!!! We have so many Samsung devices that have NEVER failed but in the last 6 weeks since 3g shut-down nothing but problems.

Might be a network issue if the 3G is affecting it might be trying to connect on old network. Maybe resetting your network settings might help

Thanks heaps but have reset network settings numerous times and fixes temporarily.

That makes it almost definitely a network issue if it fixes it for a bit might have to go to your service provider might need a completely different setting or ask them for a free upgrade to a non 3G phone
