I want to say that One UI 3.1 for Galaxy A10 is officially released yesterday night, August 20. Download and install One UI 3.1 today! I already updated mine. No bugs..

I update my galaxy A10s on ui 3.1 its fine no bug but the 2nd update my galaxy A10s wifi and Bluetooth cant open.. hope that samsung fix this error icant use wifi and Bluetooth

Power off your device. Press and hold the volume up and power button. When you reach the recovery mode, navigate to "wipe cache partition" using the volume up and down buttons and hit the power button to confirm selection.

Wiping all the cache can help to delete the temporary files left on the device last update.

have you tried the HARD RESET OPTION? reset your phone using the recovery mode

I main wipe cache partation its the same and i reset to factory default its the same problem
