Operation on US sim card

Travelling to USA and couldn't get a US sim (AT&T) to work on Australian purchased A73 phone.

The A73 is not compatible with the AT&T network different Telcos use different bandwidths. And different bandwidths in different countries.

Is that attachment for AT&T compatible phones?
Will A73 work on any US telco's?

It is a portion of the pdf. It will depend on the model number/version of your A73
