Otg connection or usb connection

Samsung galaxy a7 2018

The Samsung Galaxy a7 2018 usb connection does not work or the otg connection does not work 

Note: 

1. I already do a safe mode 

2. I already factory reset 

3. I do also try my otg cable in my Samsung galaxy a31 and it works it reads my flashdrive 

4. I try to plug my samsung galaxy a7 2018 in the pc but it does work the error shown in the picture below 

5. I also try my samsung a31 to plug on pc and it works again 

6. I also did the diagnosis on the samsung members app i only pass 22 of test and i didn't pass the otg connection category 

Can some one help me

But it is still charging do the software update may be cause this problem?

you did full reset it should negate the issue, but persist yes it charges, but no on otg connection

Same goes for the Samsung A7 2017.. Well Dont know if my A31 otg works but Its an issue before

I change my charging board and otg works again
