About Samsung 31 reboot itself

Anyone experience ang has a solution on phone automatically reboot itself?

Im using Samsung Galaxy A31 and I frequently experiencing my phone gets reboot this past few weeks.

- Already turn off the auto restart setting and never been turn on since I buy the device.

- My phone was 1 year old.

- I dont have 3rd party apps downloaded in my device.

- I frequently scan and clean my device once a week manually.

- My device system is the latest one.

I hope someone can help me if your also experiencing this. 

And wanna know if the factory reset is the only solution you do to fix the "auto reboot itself" issue. So let me know ok.

Try wipe cache partition.

Ill try but if so happen I wipe the cache partition, I hope it works and my device wont reboot itself again.

If I hadnt posted again means theres no issue about reboot for a meantime thanks anyway.

If someone has an idea about issue, just comment, i try it all.

I dont know man, I tried clearing the cache, but if my devices didnt automatically reboot itself it means its work, I have to wait for week or two.

It happen again after almost a month of clear cache partition.

Maybe factory reset was my only solution and option now.

Never happened on my A31, But mine has heating issue sometimes which is weird... I guess your software is Bugging or smthing else
