Hello! My samsung a42 is on a reboot loop/cycle, I got in the phone for a short time and I connected it to the internet when it shut down and it began a reboot cycle, I already resetted the settings and network yet it still won't turn on the normal way, Help pls, I don't want to do a factory reset since there are important stuff in it.... huhuhu
