Galaxy AI have an A 21s when i take photos they show in thumb nails but when i open some of the photos say unsupported file. Have googled everything but not found how to fix the problem. The only way i can save then is sending them to some one or emailing them to my self

You could try clearing the cache for the Camera & Gallery apps.
Open Settings, scroll down to Apps and tap.
Scroll down and look for Camera and tap on it, then scroll down and tap on Storage, then tap Clear Cache.
Do the same for the Gallery app.
If this fails to correct the problem, then send an error report via the Samsung Members app as soon as the error occurs.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
