Problem after software update on my Samsung A51

Good day samsung,

Can you please help me, I received a notification on October 09, 2021 that a new software update is available, after I update my phone, I experience the below listed problem.

1) My phone freezes.

2) No sound when i played video.

3) On youtbe the video played in fast forward and no sound also.

4) No Notification Sound.

5) It keeps on hanging.

Fyi, Before the update, I experienced no problem.

try wiping it's cache partition

restart and reset factory settings and wipe cache partition.

Yes I'm experiencing the same problem with my A50
