Ram Issue (Galaxy A31)

Just noticed my Phone being slow cuz of unknown, literally Reformatted my phone many times, And I still can feel the phone is buggy and stuttry, after this one ui 4.1 update last year... So I tried checking it on antutu benchmark and No surprise (theres something wrong on my ram read and write, This wasn't happening before on One UI 3.1, could this be a software issue or my phone Suddenly turned faulty cuz of something that I dont know?

Literally reaching like 200+ read and 100+ write speed before... But idk what happened here! Any tips or help will be appreciated.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

In order to find out the root cause of the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.

Step 2. Scroll and select Error reports.

Step 3. Choose a category of your concern. Select "Others".

Step 4.Choose the frequency of the issue you are experiencing. Enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot. Then press Send icons to complete the report.
