My Samsung Galaxy A54 randomly shuts down sometimes during use even when the "Restart when needed" is turned off under the Auto-Optimization tab of Device Care.
I would like to ask if there are any other experiencing the same problem and if there is any solution... any feedback or comment is appreciated!
P.S. I take good care of my phone and I frequently perform restarts and optimizations when needed.
Tried running the phone in Safe Mode? This will disable downloaded and installed third party apps. Only the factory installed apps and services will be running. Its a hassle if you're using it as a daily driver but its gonna help you figure out if the problem is with your OS/hardware or just because of some app you installed
