I am a loyal samsung phone custmer. But now I am very disappointed with their phone specifically with my phone right now, samsung A71. It has already 3 lines that suddenly appeared in the screen, initially it's just one but now its already three just in 3 weeks. I haven't dropped the phone or damaged it. I have already coordinated with the samsung service center. What they recommended was a screen replacement which is very costly, it cost another phone already. I hope samsung could address this issue/defect.
