I've been experiencing random sudden shutdowns after I updated my Samsung A10 to Android 10, and everytime this happens, it just stucks on thhe samsung logo so i always have to perform a soft reset. Does anyone here has the same problem after the Android 10 update? I already did a Factory Reset but it did not help. Maybe, I'll just wait for another update, hopefully Samsung gets to resolve the problem.
You should not wait for them to contact you. You should contact them first. Try to approach their Customer Service Representatives using the other phone available for you. They might help you out and guide you through repairing your phone's issues. There's nothing bad in trying. 😊
