Hi.
I've been trying all the possible solutions but it won't work.
I had encountered this problem before my phone was updated to Android 2.0 by restarting my phone or turning it off and rest it for a while.
But I already turned off my phone since last night and put it back on just today but still it won't work. Already followed the steps the CSR told me but still won't work.

He sent me some steps on how to do the Safe mode and tried to switch between modes but still won't work. i just recently talked to another CSR now and she told me to do factory reset

Do it. And if it doesn't work too, maybe someone is using the vibration now. I'm just kidding to this part. Haha 😅

Have you tried troubleshooting the unit via *#0*# or Interactive Check via Samsung Members?

i am still restarting and turning off my phone hoping it would work.

Okay. If still didn't work, the problem is probably from the vibration motor. Need to bring it at the service center.
