Samsung A20, Vibration not working

Hi.

I've been trying all the possible solutions but it won't work.

I had encountered this problem before my phone was updated to Android 2.0 by restarting my phone or turning it off and rest it for a while.

But I already turned off my phone since last night and put it back on just today but still it won't work. Already followed the steps the CSR told me but still won't work.

Unfortunately, nope. I guess above all the possible things they say didn't work so I need to see the Samsung service.
