if boot looping, have you tried reset the device but sadly entails data lost

Press and hold both the “Power” and “Volume Down” buttons. Do this for about 20 seconds or until the device restarts again. This will often clear the memory, and cause the device to start normally.

I did tried this step and helped in prolonging the restarting problem. But after days my phone restarts again.

Try factory reset. You can't back up any data while the phone is bootloop.
