Samsung A52 5G Dual Sim problem

Does anyone here experiencing dual sim issue after the samsung update?

After the update the dual sim settings has been set to off by deafault and having failed error when I tried to turn it on.

Tried already with GLobe and Smart or both globe.

Is your A52 telco lokcked?

My phone is not telco locked.

Try wipe cache partition , it may correct the problem

I just did a factory reset but it did not help.

Same problem with my A52 5G. The data works when I remove the other sim (globe) but data connection is still unstable. My phone was working just fine before I updated to Android 12.

Same. Data is unstable if 2 sims are installed.

Hi

Dual sim not working in Samsung A52.

To get  mobile data, turn  off the second Sim, then it works!!   I tried to do factory reset still result remain same.Why Samsung not addressing this issue by issuing a software update?
