[Samsung A55] Wiping cache partition

Is it true that wiping the cache partition (after installing software/security updates) improves the battery life? If so, why is it not easily accessible? I'm curious about this since A55 supports seamless updates so it uses a different partition when installing updates.

Should I always clear the cache partition after updating?

I cannot access the recovery mode eversince. I followed the instruction to connect to PC then power off. Reboot using volume up+power button but still go back to normal state.

had that problem before.. maybe you're using usb c to c cable.. try using usb a to c
