It seems, after so many attempts, your problem doesn't go away. I strongly recommend that you bring your Samsung Galaxy device to Samsung Authorized Service Center near you.
Our Samsung Engineer are more competent to provide you with technical support with best service.

Galaxy AMake sure the phone is turned off.
Plug the phone into a USB port (PC or a TV) or plug headphones in.
Hold the volume up button and the power button until recovery mode boots up.
Scroll down using the volume keys and then select the option to reset/delete cache.

Galaxy A1. Connect the phone to PC or Type-C earphones while powered on.
2. Turn off your phone.
3. Press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
6. Navigate to and select Yes.
7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.
