Galaxy AHello. I have my unit Galaxy A23. Recently i notoced that my USB OTG is not working. It keeps looping between connected and disconnected. After latest update today, it gets worst. Now it is toggling between connected and disconnected even after the OTG device is physicallh removed. Help please. What to do? Thanks

- Check compatibility: Ensure your device supports OTG.
- Use genuine Samsung accessories: Non-Samsung adapters may cause issues. You can check here https://www.samsung.com/ph/mobile-accessories/ the right accessory for you.
- Clean the charging port: Dust and dirt can block the OTG connection.
- Uninstall third-party apps: If OTG works in safe mode, try removing recent apps.
- Enable OTG in Settings: Go to Settings > Connected devices > OTG and turn it on.
