Claiming Your Pre-Order Offer

 

Eligible Entrants who purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive a gift, subject to these T&Cs. In order to receive the Gift, Eligible Entrants must submit an Eligible Claim within the Redemption Period.

 

Eligible Entrants

Australian residents aged 18 years and over who purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store during the Promotional Period.

 

Excluded Products

Participating Product expressly excludes "C grade" or "seconds" products, second-hand, refurbished or demonstration products, and any costs, fees, expenses or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, financing, delivery or any other cost which is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed in the table above.

To claim your gift, complete the following steps :

 1. Visit this link and click ‘Redeem Now’ in the top right corner.

 2. Log in to your Samsung Account, and read the Terms and Conditions before ticking the box to agree.

 3. Fill in your required information as seen below.

 4. Select the Galaxy Buds Live and click Next

 5. Type in your preferred delivery address.

 6. Upload a copy of your proof of purchase.

 7. Double-check all your information is correct (especially the shipping address)

 8. Finally, click submit to confirm all your details are correct.

 

You can log into the Redemption Portal to check the status of your claim. If you have issues with these steps, feel free to comment on this post or reach out to promos.au@samsung.com.

I tried to redeem after purchasing my Galaxy A72 but website wouldn't accept my JB hi-fi receipt number

My Gift was shipped on April the 20th and I still haven't received it.  How long should it take and how is it being shipped to Adelaide?

Hi @BJP1, please note that according to our T&Cs, eligible claimants should allow at least 30 days for the delivery of the Gift from the date they receive notification from Samsung that they have submitted an Eligible Claim. 

 

However if you have any concerns about the Gift not being delivered, you can email our promotions team at promos.au@samsung.com with a copy of your receipt and notification from Samsung.

My "gift" was shipped on the 20th April, but there is no tracking number. Do you provide one?

Hi @commexec, you will get notified via SMS with a tracking number once it has been picked up by the courier. :)

I bought Two A52 and redemption was claimed on 25/04/2021, both claims have been shipped on 27th April however I haven't received both earbuds, also I didn't receive any tracking number. The cutomer service phone number keep disconnecting and your chat bots are also unable to help.
