Galaxy AClaiming Your Pre-Order Offer
Eligible Entrants who purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive a gift, subject to these T&Cs. In order to receive the Gift, Eligible Entrants must submit an Eligible Claim within the Redemption Period.
Eligible Entrants
Australian residents aged 18 years and over who purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store during the Promotional Period.
Excluded Products
Participating Product expressly excludes "C grade" or "seconds" products, second-hand, refurbished or demonstration products, and any costs, fees, expenses or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, financing, delivery or any other cost which is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed in the table above.

To claim your gift, complete the following steps :
1. Visit this link and click ‘Redeem Now’ in the top right corner.
2. Log in to your Samsung Account, and read the Terms and Conditions before ticking the box to agree.
3. Fill in your required information as seen below.
4. Select the Galaxy Buds Live and click Next
5. Type in your preferred delivery address.
6. Upload a copy of your proof of purchase.
7. Double-check all your information is correct (especially the shipping address)
8. Finally, click submit to confirm all your details are correct.
You can log into the Redemption Portal to check the status of your claim. If you have issues with these steps, feel free to comment on this post or reach out to promos.au@samsung.com.

Galaxy AHi @NadeemRajabAli, please note that according to our T&Cs, eligible claimants should allow at least 30 days for the delivery of the Gift from the date they receive notification from Samsung that they have submitted an Eligible Claim.
However if you have any concerns about the Gift not being delivered, you can email our promotions team at promos.au@samsung.com with a copy of your receipt and notification from Samsung.

Galaxy AI'm sorry to hear about this, @kang8. Does this audio issue happen when you're in Gallery, or other apps on video? You may have to check your volume settings on your phone. To do this, go into Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > increase sound for Media.
