Hello! So i recently saw this feature on one of my contacts. If this is on does that mean this person has a samsung phone and using the chat feature? I'm not entirely sure cause when i messaged them via samsung chat it doesn't get delivered 🤷‍♀️ Hoping to get some insight. Thank you!

Chat message could only be delivered if this person has internet access correct?

yes wifi or data, so they can received image/videos

If they happen to turn on their net connection, could the message still be delivered? Or does it stay undelivered?

It will be delivered, but they won't get it until they connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
