Samsung Notes Not Syncing!

Has anybody experienced where the notes created in your phone shows up in your Samsung Notes PC but the edits and new Notes created on the PC would not appear on your phone?

I manual synced both devices on the setting and both confirmed that they synced but the notes still won't work. 

Do you guys have any solution?

Try to wipe clear cache of the phone

I already tried that along with clearing data and logging in and out of both devices. Still not syncing correctly.

Could be the server for the notes reason sync issue's lets give it 48 hours

I installed it 2 days ago. It should be fine now, but it's still not.

Do you have Sync turned on?

There's no sync button in the notification bar but it's enabled in the Samsung Cloud app.

I added the sync button but it was already blue.
