Samsung Sim Lock

If I reset a Samsung device that has been unlocked by a carrier, will it go back to SIM lock?

I'm using a TPA Region. And using a philippine local sim.

you can use any sim after factory reset

I'm afraid to reset it. Maybe the sim lock activation will come back if I reset it.
