Samsung SmartThing Find my phone with offline finding

Hi all:

I have been enable Offline Finding feature at Find my phone setting

But I try to use Samsung SmartThind Find web , Try to find my Offline Phone (Airplane Mode)

It can't be finded. Does any use this feature success to find your lose Samsung Galaxy Phone?

My Phone is Galaxy A50.

Do you get a location when it's not offline? Check permissions on the find app as well as a smart things app on your phone

When the phone is online. SmartThing Find my phone web site can find the location correct.

But I try to use the same method When my phone is at airplane mode. It can't be finded.

Then don't put it on aeroplane mode

Why not, on Airplane mode, the offline finding will not work?
