Galaxy AHey there! It may have been caused by factors such as but not limited to SCREEN BURN, LED DEFECT, SOFTWARE GLITCH. If you're sure that your device's software is up-to-date, may we suggest that you dial up our hotlines as indicated in above post, have your device scheduled for an appointment for a screen fix, should it be hardware related.
