There is puple discoloration at the top of my screen. What to do?

Good day Russ here from Samsung. Screen discoloration may have been caused by a software glitch on your device, please do keep your device up-to-date. You may also want to consider installing Smart Switch via your laptop/PC to receive device updates faster than relying on your network carrier/wifi for such. It may have been caused by factors such as but not limited to SCREEN BURN, LED DEFECT, SOFTWARE GLITCH. If you're sure that your device's software is up-to-date, may we suggest that you dial up our hotlines as indicated in above post, have your device scheduled for an appointment for a screen fix, should it be hardware related.
