Galaxy AHello duriann,
If your Samsung Galaxy A71 4G still shows discoloration on the screen after visiting the service center but it doesn't help, I hope the information below will help you.
Samsung's adaptive super AMOLED screen optimizes the color range, saturation, and sharpness of the picture depending on what you're watching or doing. You also have the ability to customize the color settings to match your preferences.
Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software is updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
AMOLED is a display using self-lighting of each pixel and has characteristic that allows seeing very dark areas that LCD cannot express.
Thus, due to fine current differences of each pixel in extremely low brightness (luminance) areas (such as black or very dark screen), the degree of differences may vary but some areas of the AMOLED display may show differences in brightness. This is a typical characteristic of AMOLED display. Due to the fine characteristics difference of the semiconductors elements that make up AMOLED display, the brightness may vary slightly depending on the device, and it does not affect to the device performance.
To reduce the phenomenon, follow the steps below.
A) Change the display mode to ‘Light’ mode.
Step 1. Tap the Settings app.
Step 2. Tap Display.
Step 3. Select Light.
B) Adjust Display Brightness.
Choose a new display setting on your device if the screen is too intense for your liking. Or, you can turn up the brightness if it's too dark or difficult to see.
Step 1. Select the Settings app.
Step 2. Tap Display.
Step 3. Adjust the Brightness.
