Hello ljbulusan,

Your Samsung Galaxy A12 is included in the list of Samsung Phones that may not support Secure Folder. 

Ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates through checking the Settings and/or open the Samsung Members app. So, stay tune.

Please check A12 and A12 Nacho version both are running One ui core but A12 Nacho have that feature😀
