Steps to follow (based on typical Samsung Secure Folder recovery):
1) Try to unlock Secure Folder: When prompted for your password, you should see an option like "Forgot password" or "Reset."
2) Select "Forgot password" / "Reset": This will usually lead you to a screen where you can use your Samsung account to reset the Secure Folder lock.
3) Sign in with your Samsung Account: You will need to enter your Samsung Account ID and password.
4) Reset your lock type: Once verified, you will be able to set a new password, PIN, pattern, or fingerprint for your Secure Folder.
Important Note:
This method relies on having a Samsung account linked to your device and your Secure Folder. If you don't have a Samsung account linked, or if you also forgot your Samsung account password, the recovery process might be more complicated and could potentially involve a factory reset of your device (which would erase all data).
