Hi. Eversince I updated my Galaxy A30s from android 9 to 10, I can no longer transfer files from my pc to phone. Same problem as well, and I'm very frustrated about it. I can't switch it back to this device. And more than that, it seems the latest update that I downloaded affected my charging since my phone isn't charging anymore. I have to switch it off and try multiple chargers so it could work. Gladly, an oppo charger works while my phone was turned off. But it would take hours to be fully charged. Tsk, I shouldn't update my phone, but the notification above is bothering me. Is there any way how to uninstall the update?
