Software update paused?

phone model: Samsung Galaxy A55 5G

help, it's been days now since this problem appeared. i have stable wifi and data connection and even deleted unnecessary photos, videos and files on my phone to fix my internal storage (it's now on 197gb). i also restarted my phone and doesn't work. ganon pa rin sya. how to fix this problem? :( i want to update it na eh.

try mo magrestart tas saka ka magfownload ulit..

ilang beses na po ako nag-restart, kahapon po at ngayon. ganon pa rin po sya, eh ayaw ko naman pong magreset

hii po, i want to, pero hindi ko po alam if safe po gamitin ang smart switch na pang-pc sa pc ko, lalo po't nagssystem 32 error po minsan ang pc ko
