Software Update Problem

Why is my a12 doesnt have android 12 update i looked in the Software update it says its upto date(March 1, 2022) and i see on the YouTube the other samsungs have android 12

Try updating via Smart Switch on your PC. You may have to install it first from the Samsung website.

Tried it dont know why but it always got stuck in 100% checking downloaded updated files for hours. Tried to just leave it there but it's still stuck in 100% even 6 hours have passed
