Speaker not working

My speaker on my A12 is not working. Its stuck on headphones. I tried to change the audio output but it only shows 'Headset'. (see attached picture)I have no apps in sleep too. When I plug in my headphones/headset it works on the headphones/headset but when I unplug it, the speaker won't work.☹ I tried to play some music from the Samsung Music app and it said 'Playing on Headset' even though there's nothing plug in to my phone.😔 I already tried the Power Off method and Radio Method but both methods didn't work for me.😔  Hope someone can help.

Have you tried restarting the phone?

Yes, I already tried restarting my phone but still didn't work. Others said I should wait 30 seconds before turning on my phone but still didn't work.☹

What's the security patch of your phone?

Like the android security patch level?? Its November 1, 2021

Ay same tayo eh November din sakin pero di ko naman na encountered yung issue na ganyan eh lagi rin akong gumagamit ng Headset.

Baka nag lag or software glitch lang po sya. Try mo rin po i clear yung cache partition as our one co member said baka maka tulong.

I tried the wipe cache partition but it didn't work. Still won't play some music through the speaker.

Baka bugs po yan, kasi sabi mo po previously na ni-restart mo yung device pero di bumalik sa normal.

Minsan yung mga ibang problema ng device nare-resolve naman after restart or after cleaning the cache partition.

Hintay ka nalang po sa ng security patch update ng a12 sa February hopefully na maayos na yan, medyo matagal nga lang
