Stop with the orientation help

I'm retired from sales, live on the bottom of the world, so can read upside down fine.  And I love portrait, even my own.  Does anyone know how to turn off the revolving display on my A13 mobile please.  Even close to tilt, it's likely to switch to landscape, and that's so disorientating for us slow-witted octogenarians.

I'm guessing auto rotate is on. If that's the case, swipe down from the top of the screen and see if you can disable it.
