Touch is not working properly

After I bought my cellphone, sometimes when I was typing, I immediately noticed that when I press (n) it comes out as (m) and after a while, suddenly I can't touch it for a few seconds and it starts working again. Not only with my keyboard but also when I play call of duty it doesn't touch. Till now it's always happening
