Can someone help me about my samsung AO5 charging problem? My phone suddenly didn't charge when it's ok in the morning because I charged it. But this afternoon it suddenly didn't wanna charge. I tried multiple charging cable because I'm a samsung loyal costumer, but still isn't charging. I don't wanna spend money fixing it when there's a solution. Pls help me😓
Hi! So if you're charging plug is not working, maybe use a samsung consumer's charger. When I usually charge my phone, I usually check my charging plug first. Check if there's dust. If that doesn't work, get your box, and get the s care+ card. Go to your local samsung store, and show it to your local samsung store.
