You can turn off the vibration in the calculator app or other apps which has support for the Touch Interactions, by going to Settings - Sounds and Vibrations - System Sound/Vibration control and untick Touch Interactions.

Same here i also can't turn off the vibration of my phone even when the vibration intensity is in lower state it start happens when i upgraded my phone into one ui 3.1
